Tamika S Burns is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider, National Board Certified Counselor, Masters Addiction Counselor, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Certified, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD treatment, Certified Anger Resolution Therapist and Licensed Childcare Administrator specializing in individual, couples and family therapy working with children, adolescent, adults and geriatrics and maintains a private practice in Humble, Texas.

Ms. Burns has 16 years experience as a therapist and over 24 years experience in the mental health field. As a graduate of Prairie View A&M University and Texas Tech University undergrad, she's currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise range from community mental health to crisis intervention which include life coaching, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment, divorce, anger management, child/adult trauma, stress management, play therapy techniques, relationship issues, domestic violence, sex offender treatment, PTSD and ADHD .

Ms. Burns is an interactive, solution-focused/cognitive behavioral therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client and to assist clients in adapting and developing change to improve life. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.


    Angela Garland is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Angela completed her undergraduate studies at Sam Houston State University with a BA in Criminal Justice-Police Sciences and obtained her graduate degree from Grand Canyon University a private Christian university . For the last 16 years Angela has worked with individuals involved in the justice system with varies mental health diagnosis, namely Schizophrenia, Bipolar, and Major depressive disorders with focus placed on crisis intervention, coping skills, life skills, along with stress/anger management. Clients are provided with tools to move toward positive change behaviors. The last 10 years Angela has focused on providing services to severely mentally ill clients that have been found Not Guilty by Reasons of Insanity and requiring intensive court ordered supervision.  Her focus is placed on working with children, teens, adolescents, couples and adults. Angela prefers a hands on therapeutic approach to problem solving, applying evidence based practices, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy theories.  Therapy is a personal journey that should focus on the client's needs, while ensuring goals and expectations of the client are met in a careful and respectful manner.


della Dellolander Ellis is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern student currently working under the supervision of Ms. Tamika Burns, LPC-S at TSB Consulting. Dellolander currently attends Letourneau University, pursuing a masters level degree in mental health counseling. Dellolander is a current member of the Psi Chi honor society and American Counseling Association. Dellolander received an undergraduate degree with a BS in Sociology at the University of Houston Downtown.

A background of working with individuals, families, children, and adolescents with various mental health behavioral and psychotic diagnosis including Bipolar Disorder, Major depressive disorders, Anxiety, and Schizophrenia has been obtained for more than 10 years. This includes working with clients at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD, The Department of Family Protective Services and Texas Health and Human Services Guardianship.

Focus is placed on creating an individualized plan for each client using integrative, evidenced based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy theories/techniques, skills training and problem solving, while incorporating compassion and empathy to assist in the empowerment of clients in obtaining a healthier state of well-being.

Sheena Watkins is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor. She has a Bachelors from the University of California, Berkeley in Social Welfare and African American Studies, a Masters in School Counseling, and a Certification in Contemporary Mental Health Issues from Capella University. Ms. Watkins is currently working under the supervision of Ms. Tamika Burns, LPC-S. 

Ms. Watkins has 20 years of experience working as a mentor, a teacher, and providing guidance to youth. She has been a school counselor for 5 years and specializes in individual and family therapy working with children, adolescents, and adults. Foundationally, Ms. Watkins is a person-centered counselor, with belief that humans have a natural desire for personal growth and change. Therefore, her focus is on supporting and guiding the client as they meet their individual goals. Additionally, Ms. Watkins employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused techniques with clients, that honor the client's strengths and provide concrete steps toward reaching client objectives. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment, and stress management.

After surviving a major stroke in 2022, Dr Tee (she/her) learned that life is too short to live a life that lacks quality or fulfillment. She helps clients figure out how to live their best life. Whether there are individual challenges or relationship challenges, with support and the space to learn themselves, every client can create a journey that leads to joy and fulfillment. Dr Medley specializes in supporting high-achieving women of color who deal with Impostor Syndrome, Superwoman syndrome, and those who are just too hard on themselves. She also enjoys working with helping professionals, such as other counselors/therapists, medical professionals, and legal professionals.

Dr Medley uses Solution-focused and Emotion-focused approaches with clients, with a foundation of cultural affirmation.
This means: she wants to support you while you create a life that is a good fit for you; she will focus on supporting you to increase your emotional awareness and emotional communication; and she will value your cultural identity.

Dr Medley is a counseling psychologist who received her PhD from Texas Woman’s University in 2011. She is licensed in Texas as a Marriage and Family Therapist- Supervisor and a Professional Counselor. She is also a certified Life Coach. She has worked in a combination of mental health and higher education for over 20 years.

Dr Medley is currently available for video appointments, with clients located in Texas. She has flexible appointment scheduling (including 90 mins, 50 mins and 25 mins sessions) to support the personal and career lives of busy adults.
